A polite and more publicly accepted version of the phrase, "OH MY GAWD YOUR SO FRICKEN FUDGEMUFFINY HOT THAT I COULD SMASH U RITE HERE RITE NOW." Calling people beautiful is just a polite way to get laid, now use the enhanced word to really show what you mean.
