Fantastically boring; zen

Sometimes being in a room with Jeff for too long puts me to sleep. I use him to combat my insomnia. It's pretty blandtastic.
My mom's casserole doesn't have a lot of flavour, but I still enjoyed it. It was blandtastic.

an expression used on Newgrounds.com when an Flash entry is considered incredibly bad and poorly made. It is then BLAMed, where in a review a person might call it BLAMtastic in their review of the Flash entry
