Area 51 Massacre

Aftermath of an internet trend stemmed from a Facebook post titled: "Storm Area 51, they can't stop us all", with a total of around 2.5 million people contributing.

On September 20th 2019, one of the largest civilian massacres in history took place. A total of 150,000 people turned up in Nevada to follow up on the trend and Storm the Military Base - the common interests were to "Clap those alien cheeks", "see them aliens" and acquire supposed futuristic technologies.

After 110,000 of the attendees stormed the base and fell, those remaining managed to enter the base. They had a short 10 minute window before reinforcements arrived, and they planned to use this time to find that which the trend was started for.

Unfortunately, the 40,000 realised they were unsuccessful, and so, as if pigs in a slaughterhouse, 500,000 soldiers rolled in to take the lives of the remaining civilians.

The Area

Highly multicultural inhabitants of Australia. "The Area" represents the suburb or inner city where a person is from. In general everyone has their own "Area". The Area is generally made up of diverse cultural groups which in turn helps provide Acculturation and Integration within the district.

Similar to North America's Hood and U.K's The Endz although not as rough. 'The Area' bubbles with talent and gifted individuals which face struggles of finding their way out or getting trapped with the wrong crowd.

Referred to places are often within Western Sydney, such as Bankstown, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Burwood, Parramatta to name a few Area's.

Area 51 raid

A raid that took place on Sept. 20, 2019 by half a million strangers to see them aliens because "they can't stop all of us". It lead to the Great Area 51 Massacre.

Though many were convicted and imprisoned by the CIA, veterans of the Area 51 raid were venerated and esteemed amongst their fellow redditers.
