A phrase use by Dominican people to describe they're "hot" or "up on things". Used mostly by people with no personality at all and a high self esteem, way higher than normal. The users Like to brag about the material shit their parents get them, but they ain't shit themselves. Dont really do anything for society and never had a job. The toy alante phrase user is a dumbass deep inside and lacks any type of skills.
