A bullshit scale that people refer to when replying to 'Like for a Rate/Tbh' likers on Instagram, where 7 is the lowest value for a non-Eugene/Cave Troll, and anything below means you are an outcast of society with a dick as a nose.

Kevin referred to the 1-10 Female Attractiveness Scale when Mandy liked his Like for a Rate and Tbh post, and gave her a 7.5 even though realistically she was a 4- not ugly enough to make feel bad about her ass-face.

A ranking system, ranging from one to 10. One is "So ugly I'll go blind" and 10 is Greek goddess drop-dead gorgeous." It is mostly used by heterosexual boys/men to describe how beautiful, hideous or "in between" a girl/woman is.
