a cubemate (or someone you share an office with / "officemate") who is cute. two (or more) people can be said to be cutemates if each person is individually cute, or if they act cute together.

JZ kept asking me if I was getting along with my new cutemate when she first moved in with me. Months later, he said that she and I have become better cutemates (making me wonder if he meant that we get along extremely well OR if he thinks that not only that she is cute but I am cute as well... (but he doesn't like guys)).

Cutecore is a state of mind, a way of life, and a genre of music. Those who believe in cutecore know that what the world needs now is more cute things everywhere.

Cutecore is often associated with unicorns, sparkles, pink polka-dots, kissing alpacas, mini-cupcakes, robots with hearts, and tiny creatures.

Children love cutecore.

Imagine yourself surrounded by fuzzy cuddling kittens chasing balls of yarn and floppy-eared bunny rabbits nibbling on baby carrots. Everything is soft and sweet and soothing. Bleeps, blips, twinkles, and lullabies fill the air. You are surrounded by cutecore! Cute to the core!

<v> To be a Cutesy; The way in which a chat room user, often a girl, will speak in order to make herself appear to be more cute.
Some of the rules of Cutesy speech are as follows:
1. Repeat the last letters of the last word in a sentence.
2. Add 'le' to the end of any word which has anything to do with love of another.
3. Use smileys/emoticons a hell of a lot more than you need to.
4. Font colour is preferably pink or another flamboyant bright colour such as cyan.
5. Use exclaimation marks in quantity.
6. Add 'sies' to the end of any word which ends in the sound of 'Y'.
7. Use 'z' instead of 's' as a plural.

cutegore 

A creepy-cute aesthetic similar to traumacore combined with elements of cutecore, weirdcore. Some elements include fake gore, themes of self harm, sanrio characters, lots of pink, anime girls, bandages, blood, bugs, meat, intrusive thoughts and similar messages typed out on the pictures, generally cutesy/childish things, liminal living spaces, knives, etc. The point is to have a contrasting aesthetic between the cutesy elements and the very grim and violent ones. Not all media is purely dark matter, but can just be dark humor.

Cutegore is definitely not for everyone but there is still a strong community that enjoys it.

Doki Doki Literature Club is an example of cutegore, and is often used in moodboards and various other visual cutegore media.
