The female equivalent of Manspreading. The act of sitting with one's legs wide open, particularly while wearing a dress or skirt, so that the "muff" (crude term for a woman's genitals) is open to the air or "blasting" the room.

Handcuff Muff (noun) - A handcuff muff is a muff that has the potential to land you in handcuffs. For example - an underage muff will potentially lead you to being arrested aka handcuff muff.

Ryan - Hey man watch out for that girl she has a handcuff muff!
Matt- what do you mean she says shes 18. Im deff going to smash it!
