When you are smoking a vapor pen or a cigarette and you feel the smoke/vapor hit the back of your throat.

nose hit

The smoking of the last bit of a marijuana cigarette through inhalation by nose when the joint is too small to hit by mouth without burning one's lips. This is usually done when the joint is on a roach clip and there is no pipe available to place it in, and the quantity of marijuana available at the time is so limited that every crumb counts.
