The phenomenon where you have low self-esteem due to screen time limits imposed by your parents, usually if your screen time limits imposed by parents are the strictest amongst all your classmates

With this screen time—self esteem syndrome, I worry if my classmates still continue to chat with me on WhatsApp even when my mom has said, "Get off your phone."
