A Werd is when you are walking along in the woods enjoying nature and you feel a terd coming out and you can't stop it so you have to take a Werd, you have no choice.

I wonder how many werds have been taken in these woods? This is probably my 13th, 14th .

The act of dominating an adversary in a written or verbal debate. Similar to pwn, a werdpwn occurs when the opponent's argument is completely, utterly rebuked, or at the very least you unleash a real good burn which makes the opposing argument (or the opponent itself) look foolish or silly.
