A girl who is not a person to mess with; it's great to be friends with a Libby, she's beautiful, unique, dangerous, adventurous, tall & the definition of perfection. This girl has all the boys after her, especially that kid called Scott. She is an unusual person and is clever and popular. However, she may be shy at times. 2: adjective: someone who is kind, silly, ridiculous, generous, funny, lovely, beautiful, and amazing.

It's kind of sad she's leaving but you can't really keep someone that's so ligaya in one place. You've gotta let her spread the love worldwide!
