IntelliSense 

IntelliSense is Microsoft's implementation of autocompletion, best known for its use in the Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment. Also known as IntelliSuck and IntelliNonsense.

I cannot use my computer because IntelliSense is "running in the background".

When a person relies on google as their complete resource for everything. Someone of usually no intelligence can pretend they know things just by using google.

Chris is only limited to google intelligence, he doesn't really know much about anything.
