Someone who includes way to many hashtags with every post they submit, some of which are not even related.

Paul put some work pics on facebook with 11 hashtags- 3 of them were about his grandmother's birthday. He's way too hashtaggressive!

Refers to people who are so fucking narcissistic that they hashtag every element of every selfie/photo/status update they post ANYWHERE. The hashtags are totally pointless, annoying as fuck and make you want to punch a wall.
