Therefore, you literally wouldn't know the difference. And where is all this collective knowledge? A place where I have unlimited access? Did you write it down? Congratulations genius. Can't-Afford Cop 

the worst kind of cop there is. Very controlling and authoritive, the kind that will beat your ass for speeding 5 MPH over the limit or stand in the middle of a busy street at 10am in a dark blue uniform and expect not to get hit.

They were made famous in the alternate version of "April 26, 1992" by Sublime, where the lyrics show disdain towards their kind.

Officer Leroy beat me up just for rolling dice in the alley, he's such a can't-afford cop.
