Beleka is a word used to describe very anoying or impolite people. It is a derivation for the word "Veleta" and the word "Boulevard". It is also said that this is a very powerful word, you can use it to make somebody stares at you.

Example 1:

Mandy: - Hello Evaristo, have you seen Juventino on school lately?
Evaristo: - Nope, I heard he was kicked out of school for unknown reasons.
Mandy: - He's such a Beleka.

Example 2

Guy1: Do you know why the chicken crossed the street?
