Having no self respect and accepting anything regardless of quality. For example, dating a person who you know is a total jerk but you still want to be with them even though you know they're not good for you.

Double standards

When somebody tells you not to talk about anybody's business, then they go and tell everybody about a secret being out because they have no self control over their own mouth.

The loudmouth didn't blurt anything out about her own double standards, but was quick to blurt something out about everyone else's that ever met her, so hopefully those new people she was meeting already knew that about her.
