The inevitable feeling of self-loathing which follows a white-mutton-korma-frenzy.
No matter how many liters of this pink soap you use, the shame just won't wash off.

Dude, shall go for a good workout or indulge in a quick serotonin boost at a Pakistani feast with all the Muhammad Iqbal Regret which will embody itself into our veins forever?

n. The feeling of instantaneous regret/remorse when one's disregard for rules goes immediately and horribly wrong.
Often experienced while driving when one looks in the the rear-view mirror and sees the flashing lights of the po po.
This feeling is commonly coupled with acts like running a red light, ignoring speed limits, and overall unnecessary silly acts with a car.

Fletcher:
I sped. I followed too closely. I ran a stop sign. I almost hit a Chevy. I sped some more. I failed to yield at a crosswalk. I changed lanes at the intersection. I changed lanes without signaling while running a red light and *speeding*!

Burgundy: I immediately regret this decision!

Usually occurring after an individual has procrastinated some important work/school project, and decided to stalk a friend, acquaintance or coworker to the point that they have seen so much that they regret clicking on the profile on the first place. The stalker may be regretful for a number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:
1. Finding details about someone you never wanted to find
2. Feeling pathetic for having spent half an hour researching someone you don't know and don't care about
3. Feeling jealous of someone whose life you perceive (from Facebook) to be better than yours

"I found this guy on okCupid but before we met I found him on Facebook and know he likes Grey's Anatomy, Candy Crush, and the Communist party. He took a beach trip to Mexico in '09 with his brother Chris. Now I'm afraid to meet him because I'm afraid I'm gonna let something slip and he'll think I'm a total stalker."
"Sounds like you're experiencing Facebook Stalker Regret."

A phrase that has been ironically quoted by many vtubers after a Twitter user posted screenshots of an alleged vtuber asking for free art saying "I'm a vtuber and you'll regret this" after the artist refused.
