Can be done to yourself without realizing it and intentionally to someone else.

I'm lactose intolerant, so when I went to relieve myself, a plooble formed that was of leviathan proportions. It burst with such explosive force, I had to spend the entire morning cleaning excrement off the walls and ceiling of my lavatory.
