Netflix pants

Stretchy non-sexy pants, usually purchased from Walmart or Amazon, to be worn at home to watch or binge Netflix. Your kids and the schlub you married will see you in said pants. Note these same pants also work for Hulu and HBO.

Guy: hey babe. Let’s watch Ozark.
Gal: hold on ya schlub let me put on my Netflix pants and get some snacks. I’ll meet you on the couch

Dammit Netflix

What you yell out loud when you have wasted yet another 8 hours of your day (usually saturdays or sundays) that you meant to do homework, study, get ahead in work, or exercise and instead watched 8-16 goddam episodes of some show that Netflix makes really easy to binge watch.

*wakes up in the morning* Awesome! I'm going to get a head start on my homework and go on a five mile run so I can be in shape for lacrosse season.

Eight hours later.

DAMMIT NETFLIX! At least I know why everyone is talking about Breaking Bad though...

A catch-all phrase used to show appreciation/admiration for someone's choice in film with no intention of actually ever seen said film(s).

Mike: "Have you seen Dirty Harry? It's a great film!" Heather: "No! I'll put it on my Netflix."

Heather: "Have you seen Hannah Montana: The Movie?" Mike: "No, but I'll put it on my Netflix."

Netflix

The reason that video stores all across America are shutting down. People don't want to waste time driving to the video store and spending more money than they have to, so they order netflix, which is considered more convenient. Let's face it, video stores just can't keep up.

Guy 1: "Hey let's go to Hollywood video and find that one movie about the girl who has teeth in her vagina!"
Guy 2: "Nah dude, let's just get it from Netflix, they are the only one's who carry it."

The opposite of Netflix and Chill

It means that you go sit in front of the TV and cry from the crippling loneliness while Netflix is playing in the background. Presumably in fetal position.

Netflix block

A condition similar to writer's block: When you find yourself staring at an empty Netflix Queue unable to think of a good movie to add. All the while realizing you're still paying your monthly fee.

Person 1: "Hey have you seen insert movie here?"

Person 2: "No, but you just got me out of my Netflix block."
