A person whom inhales an extremely long single supernatural hit from a blunt or marijuana cigarette (a.k.a joint).
A Grotty Hit is not necessarily a bogart as it is deemed greatly impressive.

Person 1:He's been holding that blunt for 3 minutes!
Person 2:Man, he's still on his first hit, that's a grotty hit right there.
