gravity hit

A hit of pot smoke taken from a gravity bong. These are generally high-volume inhalations (2 litres to 1 gallon, usually) and yeild large quantities of smoke, usually resulting in excessive coughing.

One gravity hit of medium potency pot is usually enough to get fairly stoned.

I must have smoked a half gram in that one gravity hit. It blew my head off, now I'm pretty baked.

The degree of familiarity with another person, which, if you chance to encounter them on the street, will determine if you merely greet them in passing or stop to talk.

We saw each other on the sidewalk and said 'hello' to each other. But she was just a friend of a friend I'd only met once or twice before, and there wasn't enough chat gravity to merit stopping and chatting.

Anti-gravity invite

Opposite to a gravity invite. It is where someone is so hideous or unpopular that he/her and anyone in their general area automatically become uninvited by default.

Craig: Greg, who else should I invite to my party?
Greg: What about her in the short shorts.
Craig: Who? Gurtree? That fat bitch?!!! Yuck! No way! In fact now that I think of it, I am uninviting all those around her- Jeff, Felicity, T-dawg, Gavin and Susan.
Greg: What about Paul the rapist? He is over there...
Craig: No. I like that kid, there's something about him.
T-dawg: Yo man, why you gotta go ahead and disinvite a brother like that?
Craig: Greg said you ear-fucked Gurtree..
