Can mean pretty much anything depending on the contex it's used in.

"oh man I totally gnarthed that test today."

"OMG Sheena look at that skirt, it's so gnarth."

gnarsteez, gnarsteezing; adj. used to describe when a person or thing has straight up awesomely rediculous gnarly style and ease. That which everyone desires to have as well.
