1. An old fashioned dressed or unattractive, washed up woman.

2. Donald Trump.

Example 1: Hey guys, look at Angela over there. Whoa, wearing those old fashioned clothes from the dollar tree. My, she is such a Frump!

Example 2: Oh my God, Frump is on television talking about how the Democrats stole the election. I wish he would just get lost already. He was the worst President in our history!
