Also spelled "bitsch" in German. A town in France. The name is either a coincidence or somebody thought "Heck, let's give our town a funny name" (But his thoughts were French, of course).
Logically the inhabitants must be called "bitchers".
Not to be confused with the way of saying bitch in French, that would be garce or putain.
