A combo of sneak and creep
Sneaking, but like how video game characters sneak. Like, with their hands out and sitting there like in some dance and putting one foot in front of the other kinda sideways

Screechweasel

- A person who is loudly arrogant in offering their opinions without any knowledge of a subject.

- Someone whose opinions are ego-based (not evidence) and loudly defends them without any substance attached.

- An angry individual who equates being LOUD with being CORRECT and cannot be convinced they are misinformed.

The screechweasel wrote a page of text decrying the effectiveness of vaccines without a single verifiable fact.
