True Goons are well trained and have the "Speak Softly, but carry a big stick" mentality. They are lovers of people and defenders of freedom. Goons have no racial, Gender, religious, orientation, or Socioeconomic criteria to join. They are an all inclusive group and welcome anyone (besides tyrants and pedophiles).

Expecting every team or player that every cheated in baseball to get punished, penalized, or banned is like expecting every politician that ever lied to get executed for treason, it isn't realistic, and it's what a silly person that got their hands on power would try to do, encourage people to report on each other for breaking/violating rules.
