This mental instability usually occurs when the victim is in small groups or alone.
A person who is paranoid may very well be convinced that they're being watched by a wide assortment of imaginary figures &/or "real" people.
Imaginary figures may include, but are not limited to:

Get the pager paranoia mug.The latest and greatest Paranoia remix out yet. The artist name is .3k and the song is "off the hook". This has an insane stepchart with a lot of stream. Towards the end comes a lot of eighth note streams with freeze notes in the stream. Impossible to combo this song at all. This should give Yasu a run for his money. Give this one a try.
