Flapperdinkle

A Flapperdinkle is an handheld assault gun that is commonly hiding in your rectum, it is used by gangsters in Chicago to counter police pat downs. Some one who talks too much and runs around looking busy with out actually accomplishing anything. Complains about how busy the work day is and how much there is to do..but seems to spend more time talking about how busy it is and looking busy by walking back and forth going nowhere than actually getting any work done. Usually the people stuck listening to the whining are the ones left to do all the work.
