The compulsion to bring up random terms and then explain to the finest detail every thing about said term regardless of their context in the conversation or the interest of the audience.

They rarely use more than one reference and are completely out of touch with the people they are talking to, have no idea what they are talking about, forcing themselves into relevance or have been watching videos on youtube instead of listening to the conversation.
It is a sickness and they should be directed to seek help.
