Someone (let's face it, probably a white male) in the tech industry who has a god complex and some stupid ideas and has the nerve to foist them on an unwilling world. IE, a douche who is also, or thinks of himself, as a disruptor.

Also: the way Sean Connery says the word disruptor.

Doucherstien

The recently made up word 'doucherstien' is an insult. It can be used as a serious insult, or a friendly insult. Whatever. The word comes from the root words 'Douche' and 'Stien'. Douche, meaning a squeeze-bottle used for the clensing of bodily orfices (usually the vagina or the anus). And stien, meaning a german beer mug. Doucherstien means a German beer mug filled with dirty douche water. Douche. Stien. Doucherstien. There you go.
