Someone (let's face it, probably a white male) in the tech industry who has a god complex and some stupid ideas and has the nerve to foist them on an unwilling world. IE, a douche who is also, or thinks of himself, as a disruptor.

Also: the way Sean Connery says the word disruptor.

one who has dedicated their life to eviscerating and exterminating known douchebags, often times doing so with hurtful words or slanderous remarks.

Alex is a real douchernator, the way he made fun of those douchebags was legendary to say the least.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
