Yes, technically it means the Mexican sweet bread or “pan dulce” and it’s also a slang to mean a woman’s vagina, but this NEW meaning is defined as someone that’s soft like a concha and a “pussy” in terms of when a person(typically a guy) is a afraid to do something that requires a risk or precaution(s).

Concha(noun): to be weak or afraid to do something. A coward.

Tequan: Bro, Jennifer has been checking you out every morning before shift. You should get at her.
