This person is looked up to and is one whose character exemplifies every desirable trait known to man. This person is one who is familiar with the magic of the wizardry world and is quite possibly related to harry potter. Often times, a chachmongler will hang out with celebrities and is featured on Discovery channel's Shark Week every year.
