A “disease” that gives the bearer an excuse to be a dick head e.g. by being overly argumentative and confrontational, by doing something wrong and blaming everyone else, by talking continuously and over everyone, by being “loud” and proud of it and by refusing to do anything they are told.

My step son was just brought home by the police for breaking into a strangers house, urinating all over the floor, punching the 80 year old neighbour and then giving the police and the neighbour abuse for telling him he’s not allowed to do whatever the fuck he wants. It was ok though as when I informed them he had adhd we all laughed and he was given a biscuit and a pat on the back.
