Man you should have seen that kid at the party last night, he was so wasted he was losing his mind. He was yelling at the top of his lungs declaring his superiority to the universe. It was far out and he was trying to play a game of tag with himself. I think he dropped acid he was on a staggeringswaggertag trip.

To be so past high, that you are past buzzed, high, stoned, and even past zooted. This is almost the ultimate weed high, the only thing higher than stiggidy is Stig-stag-stiggidy-stoned.

at this point, if you tried to talk to your friends, you will be so high, that only your dog can hear you, but he wont be able to understand you, since he is a dog, no matter how high you get.
