Yeah sure, sounds really good, okay

A passive-aggressive response to an annoying person, usually a customer or co-worker.
Customer: I can't believe I have to pay extra for guac!
Employee: Yeah sure, sounds really good, okay.

Bill O'Reilly

The residual shit on the toilet tissue, sometimes mixed with blood, that persists no matter how much you wipe your ass. Sometimes it appears as a mysterious skid mark stain in your underwear despite using a whole roll of toilet paper to wipe.
I wiped my ass raw and still ended up with Bill O'Reilly in my pants!

Really?

a word said when you can't believe that someone has said, asked or done something so stupid, unbelievable, or unbelievably stupid. Often said very sarcastically.
1."John borrowed my car for 3 days, and didn't put any gas in it. Then asked to use it again. I was like, 'Really, dude?'"

2."Megan slept with that guy on the first date, then cried when he didn't call her back. All I could say was 'Really? What'd you expect to happen?'"

Really, Keith, Really!?

A meme-ish inside joke that you would understand if you watched Andrew Bravener on BlogTV (Dec. 16th,2009). Some dude who called himself Keith pretended to be a moderator and threatened to ban Andrew because he was playing "copyrighted music". AB, annoyed yet mildly amused, responded to the troll with these three simple yet epic words. The phrase is now a Twitter hash tag (#reallykeithreally), and Andrew has made the first "Really, Keith, Really!?" t-shirt.

His fans soon followed suit.

It can also be used in a similar style to FML.

Bill O'reilly

Another mouthpiece for the Republican party who spouts off on a regular basis on FOX News. A man who has no trouble spinning, streching the truth, and lying in order to score points for the right. A hypocrite of the worst kind.
Bill O'Reilly started that war on Christmas stuff just to score points for the right.
