The extreme amount of munchies you get after conducting a long a gruesome patrol in the mountains of Afghanistan. It's almost as equal as the munchies you get after smoking pot.

If a toilet has been desecrated by Poo too much then the Person on Poo Patrol must seek out the culprit using cunning and detective work.
