Is not defined by a synchronization of clocks within a geographical area or region, but is represented by one single person who's community has accepted that her time runs differently from everyone else. IST is represented not by time, but by phrases, where depending on what she says in her announcements, the community can determine when she will stream and plan accordingly. Usually no one plans accordingly and we just tease her about it.

Just like Irene, they don't care what others think of them and always has at least one person who has a crush on them AT ALL TIMES. Generally pretty, likes helping people; but definitely has some bottled up problems that they think will be a burden so they never tell anyone. Worst liar ever.
