Said to a person who isn't as excited/energetic as they should be.

Usually used in retaliation when being told to calm down. You're not going to calm down, they're going to calm the fuck up.
Person 1: HELL YEAH THE NEW CALL OF DUTY CAME OUT TODAY!

Person 2: Dude, calm down.

Person 1: SHIT MAN YOU NEED TO CALM UP!
