A third-party accessory that makes childhood do no longer look like childhood anymore — it's akin to the third-party mod "Ultimate Immersion" that make Minecraft do no longer look like Minecraft. BTW, the "vanilla", unmodded version of childhood consists of doing sports, playing outside, reading physical books, and hanging out with friends.

With all this screentime, my kids barely know what a real childhood looks like anymore!

It’s digital sabotage disguised as engagement. Often used by trolls, baiters, or chaos agents who can’t match the original tension, so they fracture it instead.
