That one guy who rides scooter on skatepark. They sometimes evolved from scooter kid or just from the beginning was Ok. Pretty fun to speak with but have a bad reputation from his passion.

If you gave him a chance you might get a good buddy to ride with. Sometimes they can be better at skateboardering or bmx then normal riders just because he switched from them to rides scooter.
