Boots' appearance is blue with his iconic red boots and big eyes the size of dinner plates, three strands of hair on the top of his head that looks like you can pull a turnip out of it.
he is constantly tweaking out whether its ooh ohh ahh aah-ing or just seizing up, you can count on him to tweak out, when needed to.
