A specific facial aesthetic, predominantly in females, unique to Boston Massachusetts. Characterized by a combination of facial features including thin lips, thin eyebrows, narrow eyes, and artificially colored hair. Typically a result of genetic and environmental factors unique to the Greater Boston Metro Area. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it.
