Jimmy Conway Stare

This is a look you give somebody or something as you consider whether to kill or end it's existence.

It is an outward sign of malicious intent which the victim can perceive.

It's origins are from The 1989 film "Goodfellas" where the gang boss Jimmy Conway (played by Robert DeNiro) is depicted in a bar staring at his 'crew' and trying to decide whether he should 'whack' them all and keep the stolen money.
CEO: "To be honest, I'm giving the whole sales team the Jimmy Conway stare..."
