Get the Shoe Fevermug. Phrase used by producers and musicians alike to describe a sort-of "sound-blindness" brought on by the excitement of just finishing a recording. This causes something to sound breathtaking; only for it to sound mediocre or bad after further listening. Usually used to refer to a mix, but can apply to many parts of a recording. The effect is at it's worst in the late hours of the night.
"I thought that my mix was perfect last night. Pure studio fever! The next morning you could barely hear the bass or guitar."

Get the bow fevermug. Intense love for Amos and Martha Halftrack. Shown most notably by Bryant Hollifield. One major symptom of Halftrack Fever is going crazy when Marty is seen in a bathrobe or when Amos wears his uniform. This is an intense disease. The only way it can be cured is loving them even more.
Marty: Have a nice day, dear. Hope you don't get Halftrack Fever!
Amos: Oh, put your robe on. I've already got Halftrack Fever.
Marty: (kisses Amos) I know. You've had it for 53 years. There's something about me you love.

Get the Halftrack Fevermug. The state of near physical immobilization a body goes through while feverish and down with an illness such as influenza. This state is seemingly natures way of keeping us from wasting energy on activities of daily living beyond the absolute necessary so the body can work on fighting the illness. In essence causing an invisible , but very palpable cocoon around the person who is ill and feverish.
During my days of fever I felt the fever cocoon envelope me as it did not even allow me to wash dishes or get dressed.
