Zwanging is when one is high of codeine(cough mixture) and and xanex as the feeling of codeine makes you feel like you hanging,(or modernly described as leaning)

The Z in zwanging is derived from the pronunciation of the word xannex.

ie I cant even see straight thats how hard Im zwanging.
