When a person (usually and old person who grew up without a computer) has no clue how to use modern day technology. For instance they can not operate a simple flat screen TV, record TV shows on a DVR, or use Word on a computer.

One who downloads a vast array of music and movies from the internet by less than legal ways, but will not get rid of either after either watching it or losing interest in it. This causes the person in question to need more and more space for more and more useless media.

Dude, fucking Christian said he needed a terabyte hard drive because he's a huge techno pack rat. He's already seen every movie he has on there, and doesn't even listen to most of the music. What a fuckwad.

The best PVPer in Minecraft, known for becoming the number 1 potato farmer in the biggest Minecraft server, beating dream (a player incredibly famous for being capable of beating Minecraft while many people try to kill him), beating squads of multiple people fighting him singlehandedly. Techno had become such a terrifying PVPer that some of the people who dare challenge him end up with Technophobia, the legitimate fear of Technoblade.
