When a guy facetimes/skypes/video chats a girl and jerks off too her while she watches and disrobes herself in order to help him blow his load. After he does his finishing move, he usually ends the call without warning and never talks to the girl again.

When you and other people laugh non stop after smoking a good amount of weed (typically chronic). It can be triggered by something funny, something random, or something you wouldn't laugh at when sober. Length may vary depending on high but usually lasts a minute or two.
