Ravolicious

Aurora’s his best friend. A proud guy with a soft core that 0.000000009% of people get to see. Like an uncut diamond. Or an Eskimo pie.
Oh that’s Ravolicious, he’s a very smart guy. An oracle of a dude.

Rebel Religious

One who has chosen a religion, merely because it contradicts the religion forced upon them by their parents or an outside source. Regardless of the beliefs themselves or any positive content of the religion, a rebel religious will choose something of a contrary nature in an effort to passive aggressively strike back at the person/persons who pushed religion upon them.

This is brought on by seeing a great division between what the parent preached and how they behaved, in essence a hypocrisy in the pusher, or simply a response to childhood Narcissism with an inability to cope with the fact that adults are flawed. Therefore to punish the parent for not living up to their ideal, they choose another path by going to the opposite extreme.

A rebel religious is also characterized by severe criticism of the religion they once ascribed to.
Kevin was the son of a Baptist preacher turned rebel religious, when he became Hindu.

Tom was rebel religious when he became Jewish after being raised to hate Jews by his Muslim parents.

Spiritual but not religious

A person who is not into any particular traditional church denomination. They may gather different ideas from religions and craft their own theology that explains their life experiences or they may follow more of a mystical approach (meditation, yoga, earth medicine) to find their truth. They may feel a connection in nature (or guitar playing, or eating yogurt or having sex) that transcends the ego. They usually reject anything that comes across as dogma, (i.e. you must believe this to get into my group) and usually have a broad definition of what they consider "the Divine" to be.
People who believe in some kind of Divinity, but don't want to be associated with a particular church or theology, would call themselves spiritual but not religious.

Religious

Gullible and easily manipulated into viewing things in archaic traditional fashion rather than how science has proven them to be.
Ugh, my mother is religious; she believes in a higher power orchestrating the chaos of the universe and life despite the perfectly logical explanations provided by science.

Religious Dunning-Kruger

The Dunning-Kruger effect, summarized, states that fools are blind to their own foolishness, and the more foolish, the more blind. Ignorant people tend to see themselves as highly competent, particularly in the areas in which they are mostly uneducated.
In religion, the most dramatic example of the Dunning-Kruger effect is Creationism. The Bible as a Top-secret code for living a good life is ignored and some interpret the bible literally and are totally unable to interpret it as anything but the exact, word-for-word literal truth. Therefore, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, they insist the world is 6000 years old. "There is nothing new under the sun" references wordplay and why copyright infringement cases are mostly frivolous affairs of Human egoism. The newborn human child is something created new and proves we should not take every word literally.

It is a Top-secret code to be interpreted and understood individually.

People tend to be born into their religions, but the most obvious effect of the Dunning-Kruger is with the migration from Christianity to atheism or agnostic beliefs.

If you think you are a monkey's uncle, and yet claim to have moral superiority while denying absolute morals…then you are displaying the Dunning-Kruger effect.

The comfort generated by being in a majority fuel the effect and allows the effect to spread via religion.

An example: is a Family majority uniting to shun the only family member willing, to be Honest.
Religious Dunning-Kruger is why After her funeral the family all shared a meal together except the one not invited who in her spirit gifted all two dozen of her long-stemmed yellow roses to the ladies working the hometown stores that night. Her spirit spread happiness after she died using the flesh of her firstborn son.
