pronounced "neg". It is an all-incompusing word to describe a person as incompitent, stupid, idiotic, or dimwitted. It also implies that the subject is devoid of morals, character, classiness, or tact. This insult not only lowers the social bar for the insultee but raises this same bar for the insulter. The person to use the insult will not stoop so low as to use a common word such as trashy or hillbilly because they are too good for such crude insults.
